Added a new screenshot to the Visions page. A pic of a beast I ran into outside Nalliten.

If anyone else has any interesting screenshots, send them in and I'll get them posted up on that page.

I finished up a new section of the site for screenshots. You'll notice a new button for "Visions". Anyone who has any interesting shots can send them to me here. I'll try and replace the current one with a new screenshot once a week or so, the old ones will be archived.

Thanks to Thunderstorm for the two pics of some wierd rat behavior near Huginfel. I saw a huge black rat coming up over the plateau, then a swarm of about 50 little ones came running from the other direction, totally ingnored us, and followed the big one out of site. Maybe triggered by a quest?

Be the first on your block to get patch notes!! If anyone's interested I signed up for this yahoo daoc group a while back... DAoC News and it's really kind of cool. Each day, the moderator of the group scans the top web sites for news and information on topics concerning DAoC, including patch notes, Q & A with members of the Mythic team, community news, hot threads from various message boards, etc. You'll get an email every day or so with the latest issue. A lot of the stuff is very informative, definitely worth checking out. You can always quit the group later if you find it's not for you.

Well the Training Grounds page is finally done. There's a whole mess of links with information and guides to all classes. Check the bottom of the page for a growing list of basic gameplay guides. If anyone has any other links or guides they'd like to share email them to me and I'll get them up. Also, if you notice any broken or incorrect links, let me know and I'll make the corrections.

I filled out the Nordic Legend page with an essay paraphrased from a few different sources, and a short list of links. A better explanation of the legend of Einheriar is included. If anyone stumbles across any other links relating to nordic mythology, please pass them along. I've been interested in learning more about Scandinavian myths since i started playing on Midgard. It's really pretty impressive how accurate a lot of the names and terms used in-game are.

The Gateways page is now complete. For those of you who've seen the hidden kingdom links page, this one is pretty much the same thing, with a few extra links submitted by Thunderstorm (thanks again Storm :o)

If anyone else has any links they think would be useful to the rest of us, email them to me, or post them in the forum and I'll get them up on the page.

The message board is complete, just register quickly and you'll be able to start posting. I've also finished the layout for Odin's Chosen, our member info page. I added whatever I stats could remember. There's a quick form there you can all fill out with all your character info when you have a minute. As I receive those submissions, I'll be entering the information manually, so be patient with me :o).

Plans for the other pages are as follows...
Nordic Legend will feature a write-up on the story behind Einheriar, as well as some links to other Nordic Mythology sites for those of you are interested in that sort of stuff.
Training Hall will contain character class guides compiled from various sources.
Gateways is going to be a list of useful links with all sorts of Dark Age info.

If anyone has any other ideas for pages, or if you want to contribute original writings, stories, articles, links, guides, screenshots, etc. email me anytime or just post your ideas in the Mead Hall.

Welcome to the new home page of Einheriar. This is a work in progress, so if anyone has any ideas for things you'd like to see up here, be sure and let me know and I'll work it in. Keep in mind I won't be dedicating my life to this site, but I'll try and spend enough time on it to make it useful to us all. This home page will be used mainly for announcements, DAOC news, links to headlines from other sites, and such.

I'll be filling out the links to the left in the next few weeks. The message board will be up and running very soon. The Google search box above may look a little out of place, but I put it there so i could use this as my personal home page.
